Helena Rozman

Helena Rozman is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Employment and Pensions team, specialising in employment law. She advises clients across both the public and private sectors, including domestic and global corporations, with particular experience in the retail, transport, travel and technology sectors.

She has extensive experience defending complex claims before the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and High Court, and advising on strategic settlement negotiations. Her practice also covers complex employee relations issues, exit strategies, large-scale restructures (including TUPE and redundancy), and the employment aspects of business and asset acquisitions and outsourcing arrangements. She also supports clients with domestic and multi-jurisdictional change projects, and regularly drafts and reviews contracts, company handbooks and policies.

Helena holds an LL.B from the University of Reading (2012) and completed the LPC at The College of Law (2013).

She was recognised by the International Employment Lawyer as one of "Tomorrow's Leaders" in 2023 and is described by clients as "very impressive" with "impressive knowledge of the law and a wonderful manner with clients". She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is actively involved in social mobility initiatives, including school reading schemes and career insight days.
