Claudia Pert

Claudia Pert is an Associate in Dentons' Employment and Pensions team, focusing on UK employment law. She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas, ranging from advisory and transactional matters through to tribunal litigation.

Her employment litigation experience includes acting for employers in defending unfair dismissal and discrimination claims. She also advises clients on ad hoc HR queries, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and reviews contracts, company handbooks and policies. From a transactional perspective, she has assisted with employment advice on corporate transactions, including due diligence exercises and reviewing employment provisions of transaction documents.

Claudia holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2017) and an LL.M from BPP Law School (2020). She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
