Christopher Winn

Christopher Winn is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice at Dentons in London, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, and hospitality and leisure. He has extensive experience in cross‑border transactional work for both private and listed companies, with a particular focus on Continental Europe, and is also experienced in corporate finance.

Christopher has advised KSL Capital Partners on the acquisition of The Pig Hotels group and the sale of Belfry Hotel; AccorHotels on its equity investment into Oasis Collections; Novia Financial on its sale to AnaCap Financial Partners; and NASDAQ‑listed Grid Dynamics on the acquisition of JUXT. He was seconded to Hilton Worldwide in 2011/12, supporting Hilton's Europe, Middle East and Africa in‑house legal team, and has spent time working in Italy, acting on numerous transactions for Italian clients in both English and Italian.

Christopher holds an LL.B in Law from the University of Reading (2002) and completed the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School (2003). He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2006.

He was the winner of two awards at the Legal Media Group's Europe Rising Star Awards 2021, including the Corporate and M&A award and the jurisdictional award for the UK.
