Jane Bondoux

Jane Bondoux is a Managing Practice Development Lawyer in Dentons' Corporate practice, based in London. Her focus is on Mergers and Acquisitions, specifically public and private M&A, and equity capital markets.

Her responsibilities include keeping the team up to date on relevant developments in law and market practice; transforming know-how into tools for the efficient execution of transactions; internal and client training; and thought leadership.

Before joining Dentons, she practised for more than 20 years as a transactional lawyer and then as knowledge counsel in other City law firms.

Her recent insights include co-authoring publications on UK traded shares going paperless by the end of 2027, ECM regulation in the UK and Europe, enabling overseas companies to redomicile to the UK, and a guide to liability for statements by UK public companies.
