Emer Lynch

Emer Lynch is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice group, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She has a broad range of corporate experience, including capital markets, public and private M&A, corporate governance and providing general corporate advice to listed and large private companies.

Emer regularly works closely with colleagues across Dentons' global network, including in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, South America and the US. She previously spent six months on secondment to the Dentons Hong Kong office in 2023, focusing on litigation and international arbitration.

Emer holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Durham University (2020), an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2021), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2022).
