Simon Middleton

Simon Middleton is a Partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance practice group in the London office, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. He acts for lenders, borrowers, sponsors and advisers on a wide range of bilateral and multi-lender transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance, syndicated lending and restructurings.

Simon has extensive experience working on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional cross-border transactions, with particular expertise in the Nordic region, where he has been active for many years acting for Nordic and international banks. Prior to joining Dentons, Simon was a partner at Simmons & Simmons and spent ten years at Allen & Overy.

Simon holds an M.A. in Jurisprudence from Oxford University (1992).
