Serge Sergiou

Serge Sergiou is a Consultant at Dentons in London, specializing in all areas of asset finance and leasing, with a particular emphasis on aircraft transactions. He advises lenders, lessors, manufacturers, and operators of aircraft, rolling stock, and other assets on all aspects of acquisition, sale, financing (including pre-delivery financing), tax-based leasing, and operating leasing.

He has extensive experience in aviation finance and transportation finance, providing strategic counsel to financial institutions and commercial banks. He is also knowledgeable in sanctions compliance related to aviation and other asset finance sectors.

He holds a BA in Economics (2:1) from York University (1989), a CPE from York College of Law (1991), and completed his Law Society Finals in 1992. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
