Anna Booth

Anna Booth is Counsel in the firm's Banking and Finance practice, based in the London office. She advises international banks in connection with secured cross-border syndicated loans, bilateral loans, and borrowing base facilities, with a particular focus on emerging markets, and also advises borrowers on international financing transactions, including project finance.

She joined Dentons in 2018, having previously trained and practiced at Clifford Chance in London, where she spent eight years in the banking and finance practice. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2012 and has built a broad practice across a wide variety of banking and finance matters.

Anna holds an LLB with first class honours from Aberystwyth University (2007) and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction at the College of Law, London (2009). She is a trustee of Children's Helpers Worldwide, a charity that fundraises for underprivileged children and young people in various countries.
