Serena Mohammed

Serena Mohammed is a Senior Associate at Dentons in London, practicing in the Real Estate group, specializing in Real Estate Law. She has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including asset management, investment acquisitions, and disposals.

Serena acts for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors, developers, and asset managers across office, retail, leisure, residential, logistics, and industrial sectors. Notable matters include assisting with the purchase of J32 Retail Outlet Park for Frasers Group, the sale of Newcastle United Football Club, and leading the asset management of the Bonhill Building in London following its acquisition in 2019. She completed a client secondment to Frasers Group, enhancing her experience in representing both landlords and tenants.
