Tom Romecin

Tom Romecin is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Real Estate practice in London, focusing on property litigation. He has acted for a wide range of clients including REITs, property investment funds, receivers, public agencies, and commercial landlords and tenants.

He has particular experience in disputes arising from the development of land for housing, renewable energy and telecommunications. His work includes advising on affordable housing obligations in large developments, restrictive covenant enforceability and modification applications under S.84 Law of Property Act 1925, overage clause interpretation, landlord covenant enforcement, forfeiture, trespass and nuisance claims, and recovery of possession from agricultural tenants and trespassers. He also advises banks on issues affecting enforcement of security over property and negotiates compensation for rights of way affecting development land.

Tom is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and the Property Litigation Association.
