Hugo Gerrard

Hugo Gerrard is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate practice at Dentons in London. His practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate work, with a particular emphasis on major investment acquisitions and disposals, leasing transactions, and development funding, by both institutional investors and joint ventures. This includes investment in indirect vehicles, such as limited partnerships and unit trusts, as well as in directly held commercial property.

He has a wide range of experience across the main real estate asset classes (offices, retail, industrial, and leisure), and of environmentally sustainable development, including renewable energy. His practice also includes lease re-gearing and other portfolio management transactions, as well as advising on landlord and tenant matters.

He holds a BA in Philosophy (Hons) from King's College, University of London (1986) and completed the Graduate Conversion Course and Law Society Finals at The College of Law, London (1990).
