Lucy McDonnell

Lucy McDonnell is a Senior Associate in Dentons' London office, specialising in Real Estate Law with a focus on planning, procurement and public law. She acts for both public and private sector clients, including developers, local authorities and community groups, on the negotiation and drafting of planning agreements, challenging planning decisions, statutory challenges, compulsory purchase orders and representations relating to emerging local plans and masterplanning.

Lucy's public law work includes advising local authorities on State aid, procurement implications of regeneration projects and the transfer of service provision to third sector organisations. She also advises private sector clients on procurement processes, challenges and State aid implications.

Lucy holds a degree in History from the University of Southampton (2008), completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP London (2009) and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Moorgate (2010).
