Sarah Lovell

Sarah Lovell is a Senior Associate in the Milton Keynes office, specialising in Employment Law. She is a hugely experienced litigator, having successfully defended many claims in the Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, dealing with all forms of discrimination, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing and holiday pay claims. She also has experience handling disputes over post-termination restrictions and their enforcement.

Sarah advises clients on all aspects of day-to-day employment law, as well as on project work, including redundancies, restructures and TUPE. She also devises training courses for HR professionals and line managers. Prior to joining Dentons in February 2020, Sarah spent nearly two years in-house as Head of Group Legal for a large recruitment business, following 15 years at Shoosmiths. She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
