Sarah Jackman

Sarah Jackman is Counsel in Dentons' Glasgow office, specialising in Employment Law. With extensive in-house experience in the financial services sector, she is a trusted advisor to high-profile clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, particularly those relating to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime and non-financial misconduct.

Sarah brings a commercial and pragmatic approach to her practice, drawing on her background as Head of Employment Law at Clydesdale Bank. She advises on the full spectrum of employment and regulatory matters, acting as a seamless extension of in-house legal and HR teams. She is also a frequent speaker at client events and has a keen interest in employee wellbeing.

Sarah holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law with German Law and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen.
