Erin McKirdy

Erin McKirdy is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Employment and Pensions practice group in Glasgow, focusing on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including senior employee exits, restrictive covenants, redundancy exercises and executive compensation.

She has a particular focus on corporate transactional work, having advised clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, VC investment rounds, carve-outs and public-to-private takeovers. Prior to rejoining Dentons in 2025, she worked in London for four years at two global commercial law firms.

Erin holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow and an LL.B from the University of Edinburgh.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (UK).
