Elouisa Crichton

Elouisa Crichton is a Partner in Dentons' UK Employment team, based in Glasgow. She is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both employment and discrimination law, and is ranked as a Chambers and Partners Up and Coming Partner and Legal 500 Next Generation Partner.

She advises international organisations on global employment projects, employment litigation, corporate M&A and outsourcing support, equality and discrimination (across employment, services, public sector and sport), consultations, redundancy and TUPE, industrial relations, AI in employment, GDPR and confidential information and restrictive covenants, and equal pay and gender pay gap matters. She also conducts workplace investigations, including sexual harassment, discrimination and whistleblowing, and advises on cultural change projects, contracts, policies and settlement agreements. She is the winner of the Legal 500 Employment Rising Star of the Year award (2023, 2024 nominee).

Elouisa holds a First Class Honours LL.B in Law and Philosophy (2008) and a Diploma in Legal Practice (2009) from the University of Glasgow.
