Laura Brennen

Laura Brennen is an Associate in Dentons' Employment and Pensions practice based in Glasgow, focusing on employment law for employers across a range of sectors in the UK.

She advises on day-to-day employee issues including drafting service agreements and settlement agreements, managing employee relations, performance issues, sickness absence, grievance and disciplinary matters, and workforce restructuring and redundancy processes. She also represents employers in the Employment Tribunal and regularly handles negotiation and settlement discussions. She works alongside the Corporate team on due diligence support for employment aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border acquisitions.

Laura holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Glasgow (2018) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow (2019).

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association UK (ELA).
