Louise Dufour

Louise Dufour is an Associate in the Asset, Trade and Export Credit Financing practice at Dentons' London office, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. She focuses on aircraft finance but has acted for airlines, banks, export credit agencies and borrowers in a range of financing transactions.

Louise has advised on cross-border aircraft sales, novations, refinancings, prepayments and lease terminations. In 2023, she completed a six-month secondment at Airbus S.A.S. in Toulouse, where she was part of the aircraft sales and refinancing team. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
