Sara Duncan

Sara Duncan is a Senior Lawyer at Dentons Helix, specialising in Corporate Law. She supports a leading retail brand on the drafting, review and negotiation of a broad range of commercial contracts, including wholesale and concession agreements, SaaS and data processing agreements.

With a diverse background spanning private practice and in-house roles, including within the oil and gas and telecommunications sectors, Sara has advised on a wide range of B2B supplier and customer contracts. She brings a strong commercial and cross-sector perspective to her work, having previously served as Senior Counsel at Neos Networks and in various contract and legal advisory roles at ASCO Group, Chevron, and Talisman Energy.

Sara holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Glasgow and a Diploma in Legal Practice from Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
