Ciaran Harkness

Ciaran Harkness is an Associate in the Corporate team, based in the Glasgow office, specialising in Corporate Law. His practice encompasses a broad range of transactional and corporate advisory matters, including corporate governance and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, partnership arrangements and commercial contracts.

Ciaran has advised a diverse array of clients, from start-ups and family-run businesses to listed entities, leading investment syndicates, public bodies and internationally recognised sports clubs. He spent time seconded to a leading UK renewable energy group, specializing in wind, solar and hydrogen energy, where he advised on equity investment, commercial contracts, corporate structuring and company secretarial matters.

Ciaran holds an LL.B. (Hons) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.
