Johannes Arens

Johannes Arens is a Lawyer at Dentons' Glasgow office, working within the Dentons Helix team in support of a leading sports and media brand.

He drafts, negotiates and reviews a broad range of commercial contracts, including services agreements, purchase agreements, SaaS agreements, manufacturing agreements, data protection terms, non-disclosure agreements, data centre agreements, IP and software licensing agreements, and network provision contracts.

Johannes holds an LL.B (Graduate Entry) from the University of Glasgow (2017), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University (2018), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University (2019). He also holds an M.Sc. in Russian, Central and Eastern European Studies from the University of Glasgow (2015) and a B.A. in History and Politics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2014). He was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2021.

He provides pro bono assistance through the Prisoners' Advice Service (PAS).
