Anna Colquhoun

Anna Colquhoun is an Associate in the Corporate team at Dentons in Glasgow, advising on a broad range of corporate transactions with a focus on private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and general corporate advisory matters.

She acts for a range of domestic and international clients, including corporates, investors and financial institutions, on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings and day-to-day governance matters. She trained and qualified at another leading Scottish firm and spent a year working in London, giving her a strong understanding of both the Scottish and English corporate markets.

Anna holds an LL.B (2020) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (2021) from the University of Glasgow.

She regularly provides pro bono legal advice to charitable organizations, including the National Centre for Domestic Violence and the Prisoners' Advice Service.
