Conor Devine

Conor Devine is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate practice based in Glasgow, specialising in Corporate Law. He advises institutional investors, venture capital funds and high-growth companies across multiple sectors, with a particular interest in the life sciences industry.

Conor works closely with clients throughout the investment lifecycle—from early-stage and growth funding to later-stage investments, restructurings and exits. His experience also includes supporting cross-border transactions and advising on private equity investments, as well as corporate reorganisations and general corporate advisory work.

Conor holds an LL.B. in Scots and English Law (2019) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice (2020) from the University of Strathclyde.
