Michelle Francis

Michelle Francis is a Senior Chartered Legal Executive in the Milton Keynes office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She specialises in the management and resolution of construction and engineering disputes, with experience of formal litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, as well as adjudication, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Michelle also has experience defending claims in county court proceedings and Money Centre Online claims, and has previously advised on residential and commercial property transactions, including acting for major housebuilders. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Society of Construction Law. She has been instrumental in the firm's diversity initiatives, serving on the Black Professional Network steering committee and as an ally of GLOW, and manages the UK and Middle East Social Committee.
