Rob Francis

Rob Francis is a Partner in the UK Disputes practice in Milton Keynes, focusing on commercial dispute resolution and public inquiries.

He covers a broad range of commercial dispute resolution work, with a particular focus on contractual claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, and claims in relation to fraud. He has acted for parties in a number of large public inquiries, including several years representing a Core Participant in the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. He currently acts on several redress schemes, including the Horizon Convictions Redress Scheme arising from the Post Office Horizon IT scandal. He frequently resolves disputes through mediation and other ADR processes, and is a CEDR-accredited mediator. He also acts as a Solicitor Advocate with rights to conduct trials, and has managed large legal teams for more than 20 years.

He has obtained successful results in complex commercial litigation, including reported cases such as Davies v. Ford and Ian Archer v. Nubuke Investments LLP, and also acts on arbitrations and applications for injunctive relief, including freezing injunctions.
