Paul Flynn

Paul Flynn is a Counsel in the Corporate team in Dentons' Edinburgh office. He advises on cross-border M&A for public and private companies, private equity transactions, establishing and managing cross-border joint ventures, corporate governance, venture capital and impact investment, and corporate support for complex projects.

He has worked for a diverse range of clients including listed entities, large corporates, investment houses and growth companies across manufacturing, industrials, infrastructure, renewable and conventional power, and mining. He previously spent nine years with another international firm in London and Tokyo, and was seconded to one of Japan's largest diversified investment companies advising on outbound M&A and projects globally.

Paul holds an LL.M from the University of Edinburgh Law School (2009).

He is recognised by The Legal 500 as having a "strong transactional and advisory offering" and being "recommended" for Energy work. He is a member of the Society of Writers to His Majesty's Signet (WS).
