Gillian Cole

Gillian Cole is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team in Dentons' Edinburgh office, focusing on public and private M&A, equity capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate advice to listed and large private companies.

She has experience advising on M&A transactions including the £120 million sale of Score Group plc to SCF Partners, and advising on the AIM IPO of Quiz plc. Prior to her current role, she spent three years working in-house at IKEA UK and Ireland, gaining insight into the commercial and operational considerations of a large multinational corporation.

Gillian holds a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh and an LL.B from the University of Aberdeen.
