Oliver Saunders

Oliver Saunders is an Associate in Dentons' Real Estate Litigation team, advising on a range of contentious property matters for major UK commercial landowners, including Network Rail, a major governmental department and institutional investors.

His core practice involves advising on landlord and tenant disputes, dilapidations, lease renewals, break notices and repossession claims. He also has experience in more complex bespoke property matters, including assisting on a multi-million-pound option contract dispute and undertaking urgent possession proceedings for a major client in a politically sensitive context.

Oliver holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Southampton (2015), where he received the prize for best performance in Property Law, and completed the Legal Practice Certificate with Distinction at the University of Law (2016).

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and volunteers with Worktree, an employability education charity based in Milton Keynes.
