Neil McKnight

Neil McKnight is a Partner in Dentons' Tax practice in London, specialising in Tax Advisory Law. He advises on a full range of corporate, employment, finance and real estate tax matters for banks and financial institutions, fund sponsors, sovereign investors, multinational enterprises and entrepreneurs.

Neil has considerable experience advising on inward investment into the UK and Western Europe (across a variety of asset classes, including M&A and real estate), group reorganisations, and financing arrangements. He also advises on global mobility and executive compensation programmes, with particular emphasis on pre‑ and post‑transaction planning and integration. In addition, he has experience advising on structured finance arrangements, including securitisations, repos and stock lending.

Neil holds a B.A. (Hons) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
