Neelam Atwal

Neelam Atwal is an Associate in the Corporate practice group at Dentons in London. She has experience advising on a range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border private and public M&A, private equity, venture capital, and reorganisations.

She has broad experience with clients across a wide range of sectors, advising companies and investors at every stage of the corporate life cycle.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Communication from King's College London (2016), a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (2017), and an LPC MSc from the University of Law (2018). She is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
