Min Yang

Min Yang is a Senior Associate in the Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets Practice at Dentons in London, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and cross‑border transactions. He advises on a broad range of public and private transactions across multiple jurisdictions, including M&A, joint ventures, restructures, and AIM listings, under both UK and Australian law.

Min has advised KPS Capital Partners on the US$490 million multi‑jurisdictional acquisition of Brunswick Corporation's Life Fitness and Hammer Strength brands; Enbridge, Inc. on the English law aspects of a US$30 million joint venture with a Canadian pension fund for wind and infrastructure investments in Europe; and Sonco Gaming Inc. on the £35 million acquisition of Maxims Casino Club. He has also advised on AIM IPOs, activist shareholding and asset divestment issues, and venture capital investments into new ventures.

Min holds an LL.B/BA in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney (2013) and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2014.
