Megan Penny

Megan Penny is a Senior Associate in Dentons' London office and a member of the Competition and Antitrust practice.

She advises clients on a broad range of EU and UK competition law issues, including merger control, behavioral matters, competition litigation, commercial and distribution agreements, and compliance strategies. She has particular experience advising clients in the retail, financial services and energy sectors. Prior to joining Dentons, she trained at Travers Smith LLP and acted as legal counsel for Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, part of Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Megan holds an M.A. (Hons) from the University of Cambridge (2012), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University Law School (2014), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School (2015). She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2017.

She is a member of the Law Society's Competition Section and has contributed to numerous publications on UK competition law developments, including the CMA's Green Agreements Guidance and reforms to UK competition law.
