Oliver Skelly

Oliver Skelly is a Senior Associate at Dentons in London, practicing in the Banking and Finance Law group with a focus on asset finance, particularly in the aviation sector. He advises on the finance, lease, and sale of aircraft, with significant experience drafting, negotiating, and closing operating lease agreements, portfolio sales, and lease novation agreements for financiers, lessors, and operators.

Oliver also advises on ECA‑supported financings, OEM, MRO, and PBH agreements. He has worked in London, Dublin, and Singapore, and has completed secondments with AerCap, Lloyds Bank, and Citibank. He has also served as in‑house counsel at Avolon.

He holds an M.A. in History from the University of Edinburgh (2011), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School (2012), and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2013).
