Logan Wright is a Partner in the Banking & Finance Practice at Dentons in London, specialising in banking and finance law, cross‑border financing, and project and structured finance. He focuses on financings into developing markets, as well as financings for developing market clients outside their home markets, covering the full spectrum of bilateral and syndicated financing products, including project finance, export and structured trade finance, real estate and leveraged acquisition finance, margin loans, mezzanine and sovereign finance, and debt restructurings and workouts.

Logan advises both lenders and borrowers, with lender clients including international and regional banks, export credit agencies, development finance institutions, and credit funds, and borrower clients including corporates, banks, trading houses, and private equity firms. He previously spent 15 years based in Moscow, focusing on financings and debt restructurings across Russia, the CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, and continues to work extensively in the region as well as in developing markets across Africa, Turkey, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.
