Catherine Astruc

Catherine Astruc is a Partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance practice, based in London. Her practice focuses on Banking and Finance Law, with very broad finance experience.

Her practice area covers acquisition and leveraged finance, general corporate lending, workouts and restructuring, acting for a mix of financial institutions, sponsors and other corporate borrowers.

Her recent work includes advising KPS Capital Partners on its acquisition of the INEOS Composites business from INEOS Group for approximately €1.7 billion, and advising Liontrust on its takeover of GAM.

She holds an MA in Law from Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge University, and completed the Law Society Finals at the College of Law, York. She joined Dentons as an Associate in 1995 and has been a Partner since 2005.
