Katie Henson

Katie Henson is an Associate in the Corporate department at Dentons in London, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on a broad range of private and public corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross‑border M&A and venture capital across the technology, professional services, manufacturing, and corporate real estate sectors.

Katie has been involved in numerous significant transactions, including advising Hays plc on the sale of its operations in six European countries, Capita plc on the sale of its private sector contact centre business to Inspirit Capital, Servier on the sale of Biogaran, and Informa on the acquisition of Tarsus. She has also advised Premier Foods on its acquisitions of FUEL10K and The Spice Tailor, and Astorg on its acquisition of a majority stake in Avania. She has completed a secondment to the in‑house legal department of Informa PLC, working on general corporate and commercial matters.

She holds an LL.B Law from the University of Bristol (2017) and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School (2020). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2022.
