Kathryn Alexander

Kathryn Alexander is a Partner in Dentons' Corporate practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She acts for financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on private acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, management equity structures and general corporate matters.

Kathryn has particular expertise advising private equity real estate clients on transactional matters across all real estate asset classes in the UK and Europe, acting for some of the world's largest asset managers, including Blackstone and Brookfield. Prior to joining Dentons, she practised at leading international firms including Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, Dechert and Kirkland & Ellis.

Kathryn holds an LL.B. and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh, and a B.A. (Hons) in German and Spanish from the University of Durham.
