Jennifer Duff

Jennifer Duff is a Senior Associate in the Projects practice, based in London, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She specializes in contentious construction, including formal litigation in the Technology and Construction Court, high‑value international arbitrations (including in the Middle East) and adjudications.

Jennifer has acted for clients across a range of sectors, including advising a developer in multiple disputes arising out of a US$300 million mixed-use development in Astana, Kazakhstan, advising a joint venture main contractor in a US$142 million ICC arbitration relating to the construction of a major new transport link in Doha, and acting for a national housebuilder in a TCC dispute with more than 70 homeowners. She also advises retail clients on defects in their stores and assists clients with the management and resolution of issues before they evolve into formal disputes.

Jennifer joined Dentons as a trainee in September 2017 and qualified into the Contentious Construction team in September 2019. She has been seconded to two key infrastructure and energy clients of the Firm.
