Olivia Lee-Smith

Olivia Lee-Smith is an Associate in Dentons' Dispute Resolution practice, based in the London office. She handles a wide range of commercial disputes, including litigation proceedings in UK courts, international arbitrations, and various forms of alternative dispute resolution, with a developing practice across technology, media, sports, financial services, ESG, and energy sectors.

She joined the firm in 2022 as a trainee lawyer and qualified into the Litigation and Arbitration department in 2024. She was on the firm's first ever Pro Bono secondment to Reprieve, a human rights charity, and has provided free legal advice through the PopLaw Legal Advice Clinic and the National Centre for Domestic Violence.

Olivia holds a BA (Hons) in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford (2021) and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP University Law School (2022). She is a member of the London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association.
