Sonali Singh

Sonali Singh is an Associate in the UK Disputes team at Dentons in London, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She has broad experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, shareholder and director conflicts, and insolvency matters, and has acted for high‑profile companies, financial institutions, and directors.

Sonali has appeared before the District Court and High Court in New Zealand. Her commercial litigation practice is further supported by experience in competition matters, including compliance, regulatory issues, and contentious competition proceedings.

She holds an LL.B and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Victoria University of Wellington (2022) and was admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister of the High Court of New Zealand in 2022.
