Natalia Fludra

Natalia Fludra is a Partner in Dentons' London office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. She has broad experience in multi‑jurisdictional finance, civil fraud and contentious insolvency claims, acting for a range of international clients with a focus on financial institutions, and also has experience of regulatory, sanctions and anti‑corruption investigations.

Natalia has acted for a major UK bank in relation to the alleged mis‑selling of interest rate derivatives, for a prominent Middle Eastern bank in several related proceedings to recover US$500 million lost as a result of fraud, and for a UK corporate in successful first instance and Court of Appeal proceedings concerning the interpretation of the 1992 ISDA Master Agreement. She has also advised a large international bank in relation to a US OFAC sanctions investigation.

Natalia holds a B.Sc. in Biology from University College London (2003), completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2004, 2005), and is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
