Harry Percival

Harry Percival is a Lawyer in Dentons Helix's dedicated Employment Tribunal Litigation team, specialising in Employment Law. He advises clients on a wide variety of employment matters, including unfair and constructive dismissal, and discrimination claims across a broad range of protected characteristics.

Harry has experience acting for clients in sectors including banking, aviation and infrastructure, tailoring output to his clients' individual needs. He often navigates high-risk, sensitive and complex issues where legal and commercial considerations intersect. Prior to joining Helix, Harry trained at Dentons, developing extensive contentious experience in seats including Litigation and Arbitration, Employment and Real Estate Litigation.

Harry holds a B.A. in Philosophy (Hons) from the University of Exeter (2020), a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (2021), and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University (2022).
