Grace Pinault

Grace Pinault is an Associate in the Planning and Public Law team, specialising in Real Estate Law. She has experience across the stages of a development's planning lifecycle, including judicial review proceedings, inquiries, civil enforcement and Upper Tribunal (Land Chamber) references.

Grace has experience drafting commercial agreements between developers and local planning authorities, as well as planning-specific agreements to modify or grant planning permissions and conditions. Her environmental science and management background supports clients to navigate the environmental impact of development.

Grace holds a BSc in Environmental Management and Science from the University of California, Davis (2013), an LLB from King's College London (2018), and completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP Law School, Holborn (2020). She also undertook MLA Extension Studies in Sustainability at Harvard University (2015).
