Cornelius Grossman

Cornelius Grossman is the Global Head of Solutions Development at Dentons, the world's largest global law firm with a presence in more than 80 countries. He leads Dentons' Global Solutions Group, driving innovation and enhancing client offerings globally.

He brings over 25 years of expertise in international law and strategic advisory, having led complex legal projects across a wide range of industries. As the former Global Law Leader at EY, he managed a team of 3,500+ lawyers across more than 80 jurisdictions worldwide, integrating legal strategies with EY's multidisciplinary services to deliver innovative solutions on a global scale. Throughout his career, he has advised on sophisticated international and domestic reorganizations, post-merger integrations, and operational transformations.

Prior to EY, he was Managing Partner at Donahue & Partners LLP in New York (1999–2007) and held roles at Hengeler Mueller in Frankfurt and Berlin (1996–1998) and Mayer Brown in New York (1995). He holds a PhD in Law from Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, Germany, and was admitted to the German bar in 1996. He is also a trained bank clerk. He has served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Advisor to the Board of Springer Publishing Company in New York, is Chairman of the Executive Board at the Thörl Foundation, and Founder and Advisory Board Member of the BJO Foundation.
