Adrian Giles

Adrian Giles is Counsel in Dentons' UK Disputes practice, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He focuses on corporate and financial disputes involving M&A, warranties and indemnities, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, advising major corporates, banks, financial institutions, directors and shareholders.

Adrian has significant experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, working regularly with Dentons offices worldwide. He also focuses on professional negligence, fraud and insurance, and is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including urgent remedies such as injunctions, and has acted as court-appointed supervising solicitor for search and seizure injunctions. Recent Commercial Court work includes enforcing and challenging international arbitration awards. He is also experienced in arbitration and mediation.

Adrian holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Leicester (1988) and completed the Solicitors' Finals Examination at the College of Law, Chester (1989).
