Amy Gordon

Amy Gordon is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Glasgow office and a member of the Employment and Pensions practice group, specialising in employment law.

She regularly advises on the full spectrum of employment matters including redundancies, capability, managing performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, and prepares and advises on employment contracts, workplace policies and settlement agreements. Her litigation experience includes bringing and defending discrimination, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing claims at the Employment Tribunal. She also assists in providing corporate support on acquisitions and investment transactions.

Amy holds an LL.B (Hons) from Robert Gordon University (2015) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen (2016).

She provides pro bono legal advice to Working Families, the UK's work-life balance charity.
