Ed Reardon

Ed Reardon is a Senior Associate in Bird & Bird's International Corporate Group in London. His primary practice area is Mergers and Acquisitions, and he advises on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A (both private and public), equity capital markets and general corporate advisory work.

His clients include start-ups and high-growth businesses through to listed companies, investment banks and brokers. His experience spans a wide range of transaction types and sectors, and he focuses on delivering commercial, solution-oriented advice tailored to each client's specific needs and objectives.

He joined Bird & Bird in 2021, drawn in particular to the firm's sector focus and deep cross-border expertise. His sector experience spans financial services, media, entertainment & sport, energy & utilities, and technology & communications, and he collaborates with the firm's industry specialists to provide integrated, bespoke advice.

He has a particular interest in cross-border work and has spent time in the firm's Middle East offices. As one of the firm's legal tech champions, he actively embraces technology and modern ways of working to enhance the quality and efficiency of the advice he delivers.
