Chloe Halliday

Chloe Halliday is an Associate in Dentons' Real Estate practice group, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her focus is on acquisitions, disposals, secured lending and asset management in the UK.

Chloe has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including institutional investors, developers and asset managers, across sectors such as office, retail and logistics. She also has experience in corporate support, dealing with the real estate aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.

Chloe holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Birmingham (2015), a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Law (2016), and completed the Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Law, Business and Management (Distinction) at the University of Law (2017).
