Gavin Partridge

Gavin Partridge is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Real Estate team in London, and a member of the firm's Energy and Hotels and Leisure practice groups. He specialises in commercial real estate, including landlord and tenant, development, investment, funding and asset management.

With more than 15 years' experience, he advises on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions of prime industrial units worth approximately £67 million and a £34 million headquarters building, property finance deals including a £45 million facility and a £4.8 million portfolio transfer, and acquiring and selling development sites worth up to £35 million. He also manages extensive property portfolios for major household names, including supermarkets, retailers, logistics and manufacturing companies, and handles real estate aspects on high-value corporate deals involving supermarkets, schools, care homes and tech portfolios. He has advised John Lewis Partnership on plans to install up to 800 EV charging points in Waitrose car parks.

Gavin holds a B.A. (Hons) in Law from Nottingham Trent University and completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, London.
