Rezwana Chowdhury

Rezwana Chowdhury is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the London office. She specializes in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, and portfolio management in retail and office sectors, and also acts for banks in real estate financing including Barclays, HSBC, Credit Suisse, and DBS.

Ms. Chowdhury has represented Blackstone in the grant of the commercial head lease for the railway arches in London from Network Rail, acted for a borrower on a £16 million facility for a mixed-use development, and advised various banks on facilities worth more than £10 million. She has also previously worked directly for developers, giving her a full appreciation of clients' demands and requirements. She has completed the Bar Vocational Course.
